I co-facilitate groups for organisations and communities, and run workshops that are open to individuals or couples. The facilitation for organisations and communities are bespoke, but you may get a sense of how we work in the overview below of workshops we facilitate.
Relationship workshop
A relationship workshop involves a group of individuals or couples coming together to explore the dynamics of their relationships. The workshop includes an exploration of each individual's experience, including their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations related to their relationships. We often use role-playing, or bodywork to help individuals access deeper levels of awareness and explore areas of conflict and potential growth.
The workshop also incorporates group processes, such as group discussions or group role-playing exercises, to explore the ways in which individuals relate to one another and to work through areas of tension or disagreement. We support the group to identify common themes and patterns and to work with the diversity of perspectives and experiences present in the group.
Throughout the workshop, the focus is on exploring the edges of the experience, including areas of discomfort or disturbance, to help individuals and the group as a whole to gain greater awareness and understanding of themselves and their relationships. The goal of the workshop is to facilitate greater communication, empathy, and understanding among the participants, leading to deeper and more fulfilling relationships.
Inner Child Workshop
An inner child workshop is designed to help individuals access and work with the parts of themselves that may have been wounded or neglected during childhood. The workshop includes an exploration of each individual's experiences and emotions related to their inner child, including any areas of pain, fear, or trauma that may be present.
We use techniques such as guided imagery, role-playing, or bodywork to help individuals connect with their inner child and explore their feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. The focus is on creating a space in which individuals can access and express their emotions without judgment or fear.
Group processes, such as group discussions or group role-playing exercises, are incorporated to help individuals connect with and support one another in their healing process.
Throughout the workshop, the focus is on exploring the edges of the experience, including areas of discomfort or disturbance, to help individuals and the group as a whole to gain greater awareness and understanding of themselves and their inner child. The goal of the workshop is to facilitate healing and growth, leading to greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and a more fulfilling life.
